After more than a decade of working in the tea industry there came a time to venture out & pursue meaningful entrepreneurship; one with the promise to make every vision & dream come alive. Through our intent we believe that we have the power to change the lives of people for the better, we have a chance to uplift those who are in need, give delight to all those associated with us and make the work we do mean something in the larger scheme of things.

To do meaningful work, & to do it differently from the rest is the reason why we exist. 

For long India, the world’s 2nd largest tea growing destination in the world has been viewed as a source for cost effective teas; price being the primary factor which has led to large amounts of teas being shipped out from the country in bulk. A lack of understanding on the retail market requirements of quality, food safety and the mindset of a sophisticated consumer has led to aversion of packing these wonderful teas and herbs at source for shelf ready shipments.

VIRINICA was formed to bridge this gap, with a view to make intellectual capital more valuable than mere brick and mortar. This allows us the freedom to get the best produce from the hinterlands of the growing regions across to the shelves in the safest form, thus allowing the teas to be packed in India and delivering the product to clients anywhere in the world.

Our team brings to the table experience in excess of 10 years in the tea export industry. With specialised knowledge and hands-on experience in Gourmet, Gift, HoReCa & Speciality retail sectors and an in-depth knowledge of regulations applicable in the European Union, the United States of America, Australia & India, we are as reliable a partner as can be!
